How to Sync a Device in Intune on Android/iOS

Android Intune Sync Instructions:

1. Open the Company Portal app on your Android device. Once the app loads, click on the 3 horizonal lines in the top left corner of your screen.

2. From here, click on the 'Settings' gear icon.

3. In the settings page, locate the 'Management Policy' section and click the Sync button to begin updating your device. A restart on your device may be required for the changes to take effect once the sync is complete.

iOS Intune Sync Instructions:

1. Open the Company Portal app on your iPhone. Navigate to the 'Devices' section along the bottom of your screen, and then tap on your phone in the device list to open the device details.

2. On the Device details screen, click on the blue 'Check status' button. This will initial a sync and check for a policy to update your phone with. A restart on your iPhone may be required for the changes to take effect once the sync is complete.
