About Netsmart Products

Frequently, staff will refer to the electronic health record software as simply "Netsmart". However, Netsmart is actually a software company, not the name of the software itself. And while normally trying to figure out which software a ticket is referring to wouldn't be a problem for us on the HIT Team, our agency actually uses two Netsmart products: myEvolv and CareManager.

If you need support with one of these products, it is important you reach out to the correct avenue so your issue can be resolved as quickly as possible:

❌ Netsmart CareManager is not administered or maintained by Liberty Resources - we have no control over this software whatsoever. For support with this software, please reach out to your regulating Health Homes organization, such as CHHUNY or HHUNY.
✔️ Netsmart myEvolv is administered and maintained by Liberty Resources. For support with this software, please submit a help desk ticket.
