Logging into Nextgen

Log in Username and Password should have been sent in an email. Click link below to log in.

Follow the reset password procedure or follow steps provided in an email to update your Password in Nextgen if you have not already done so.
Log in- click sign in

5. Remote Apps and Desktop folder will appear. This will list the multiple apps you have access to.

6. This is where Nextgen Test or Nextgen Prod databases are selected. Select Nextgen Test by clicking Nextgen Test Icon. Click open file once downloads appear.

7. Pop up to trust connections- Click yes and then sign in again with your Username (if not already present) and Password. This will run the starting your app and the Application Launcher below will appear.

8. Dependent on security role assigned on what applications you will see on your launcher. Main applications to be used by staff will be Enterprise PM, Enterprise EHR and Document Management. Click the application you would like to get into.

9. Log in screen for that application will pop up. Making sure that the Authentication is set to Windows Integrated your username and password should auto populate. NOTE: You should never have to enter your username and password here. Click Logon

10. Note the top right hand corner of the above screen shot shows what environment you are in- NGTEST = Test Environment. NGPROD = Production Environment

11. To log out make sure to exit all applications and click the Sign Out on the RemoteApp and Desktop. This will ensure smoothly logging in next time.
